This might sound a little "out there" but it can’t get anymore herbal then marijuana. If its legal in your country you should try that out.
And can’t go to the doctors yet. It’s been two nights since I’ve had it. And I’m desperately trying to find out a solution. But can I do now to this very moment to get rid of it?
I take Motrin to help me sleep. But in general you need to take care of yourself. Exercise during the day. Get rid of excess stress. Eat healthy and don’t eat too close to bedtime.
Drink alcohol, or take some sleeping pills.
if you read in bed, stop. if you watch tv in bed, stop. by doing these things you can give your self insomnia. basically what happens is when you go to bed and read then thats what your brain thinks the bed is for, it thinks: since im in bed, its time to read, not sleep.
the best solution for insomnia is to stay awake. dont take naps during the day. if you have to make sure they are no more than 30 minutes. sometimes you have to take something to help you sleep. i suggest anything in the benzo category (xanex,valium,ect.).
