I had terrible insomnia so bad I could not be put asleep for surgery and drugs did not fully work. So I figured out a better way to become like the best sleepers–kids. But this solution does not work like drugs so don’t expect a magic bullet; this works gradually over a period of months but is, I think, a permanent solution. I began to think in a lighthearted way and watch funny kids movies like Shrek and Shek II numerous times and learned lots of jokes and my insomnia began to magically go away. Insomniacs are too serious and they need to lighten up to build up peace reserves that enable them to sleep. I laugh easily now and often and sleep much better. And you can too if you invest time in things funny and think that way, like a kid, the best sleepers.
Acupuncture works well for insomnia. However, you are very young to have such problems. If you are not sleeping due to high levels of stress, seek counceling. Try to have a regular wake-up time and a regular bed time. Try not to sleep more than 8 hours a night. Do not eat at least 3 hours before bed time. Try not to do stressful work in your bedroom. Well. I think to have a fixed time to sleep will make you to get over insomnia. You will have sleepy at that time. Also, I think to sleep late do harm to body, if there is chance to get sleep early, I think that you should do that. I often sleep at 11:00 pm.
