Do you mean what kind of medications are available for you? If so there are so many out there: Ambien, Sonata, Lunesta, Rozerem and there are also old school depression meds that they also use for insomnia like trazadone. Every person is different so you just have to find the right medication for you. I know how hard it is, Ive had insomia for 6 years.
It sounds like you may have a small case of it.Mine is extreme xDI go to bed at around 10 (On school nights) And I don’t fall asleep until 1 or 2 AM. Plus I wake up a few times too.Lets hope yours doesn’t get any worse!!
Hey, and there’s a plus side for us insomniacs…By not being able to sleep, and if you have a few friends stay the night, you can keep them entertained. I know my friends like to stay up as late as they can.TIPS:.The TV actually can make you more awake and unable to fall asleep..Reading a book with a small light on beside you will make you more tired.Hot drinks may make you feel tired before bed. Like tea (Not coffee or anything with high sugar or caffeine)
