I think that these two would be fine together as they’re both natural and mild. I also think the one who wrote "sleep more" needs a STUPID SLAP! There’s a reason it’s called INSOMNIA dumb@%$! Jeez!
Different things cause insomnia. It could be diet (caffeine, dinner too late, etc.), habit (biological alarm clock, computer use, etc.), environment (temperature, bed, clothes, etc.), mental (stress, not relaxed enough, depression, etc.) or some other health reason (see Internet for details). The best thing to do would be to keep a log of what you are thinking, feeling, eating, etc. for a few days, and then change something. Whatever you try, keep in mind that this is only an experiment to find out the cause of your insomnia, and if something doesn’t work right away, don’t worry, change doesn’t happen overnight. If you’ve tried everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, talk to your doctor.
I work overnights so it’s not technically insomnia..unless it’s a day off then I can’t sleep. Or, I "pretend" to be sleeping on the sofa when really I’m on Y!A and then sleep through parts of the day..which somehow my partner hasn’t caught onto, he just thinks I sleep a ridiculous amount. I have however just been busted by my 2 year old who is insisting on Santa Claus coming and watching Curious George. I have missed your questions/answers.

Are you taking in a lot of caffeine at night? Or smoking? Both of these can cause insomnia. You should talk to your doctor.
It sounds like you have insomnia, especially if you feel tired the next day. Causes could be the room is not very dark, or there is noise around you, or you are worried about something, try to have some exercise an hour or so before you go to bed. Hope this helps.. 1: Don’t eat [...]

Ultimately, it’s sleep that cures insomnia. There’s a deluge of things that causes it. There’s a couple of enzymes the body produces that naturally induce sleep, serotonin and melatonin. Sometimes, for whatever reason, they stop producing and sleeping, then becomes a problem.I’m providing a link which may help you diagnose your sleep disorder and what [...]
