I’m 12 years old and I have this insomnia..I can’t sleep even if I go to bed early / even if its 9 pm or 10 pm. I think I sleep at the time of 4 am or 3 am..PLEASE HELP ME .. WHAT SHOULD I DO ???
Always sleep at the same time each time so your body will get the rest it needs.You need 8 hours of sleep a night. Now with technology, a person can’t even go to bed at a decent hour! Drink a warm glass of milk. Put on some very low boring opera music and you will surely fall asleep! Make sure your room is very dark and no light gets in. If you make a routine to get to bed at least by 8 you should sleep all night till 7 in the morning!All the best:)
You should stop watching tv and playing games before going to bed if at all you do. Make sure that after a meal you just relax and then go to bed. Also eat healthy meals, avoid alot of sugary stuff as it makes you hyperactive. You need to start playing physical games such as skating, football or something you like inorder to exhaust your body. This should help you get tired and sleep at night. Also try and relax if you are having any issues in your life, you are nearing your teens and so some issues here and there are most likely. If this continues or becomes worse please see your doctor…
